Inspection Request Policy:

Requests received by 3:30 pm on a business day, may be scheduled for the following business day. Also, inspection requests may be scheduled up to five business days in advance.

Inspections are scheduled on a first come first served basis, and we make every effort to provide next day inspections.

However, based on our workload for any given day it may not be possible to guarantee next day service.

If your inspection does not get scheduled for the next business day due to heavy workloads, you will be notified by phone the morning of your requested inspection date.

Cancellations must be received prior to 8:00 am the day of the inspection.
