Hello,
Your permit is approved and is ready to be issued.
The approved/stamped plans are available on E-TRAKiT.
INSPECTIONS:
Building inspections are requested online through the E-TRAKIT portal only. The phone inspection request line option is no longer available. Please note the following:
• Building inspection requests submitted before 3:30 p.m. will be scheduled for the next business day.
• Building inspection requests submitted after 3:30 p.m. will be scheduled in 2 business days.
• Inspection times are posted each day by 8 a.m. on the E-TRAKIT portal under “Scheduled.” The time shown is not an exact time appointment; it reflects a window of time, so please plan to be present up to 1 hour before the posted time and up to two hours after. View today's Inspection Schedule.
Revisions:
If you need to submit a revision to the approved plans, please do the following for your proposed revision:
• Submit all documents through your online eTRAKiT account
• Submit a completed Revision to Approved Plan application form along with a separate full revised plan set that includes the revised plan sheets
• If an electric service upgrade is proposed a copy of the SDG&E work order must also be provided
• Email the plans examiner that had approved the original submittal to let them know that revision documents have been uploaded to the eTRAKiT permit record
• A copy of the Revision to Approved Plan application form can be downloaded directly from the Building Division website
• Please do not include any transmittal or response list as the first plan sheet of your plan sets but include them as separate documents if needed.
• Before a plan review can be performed for proposed revisions a revision plan review fee must be paid
• You can access your WEB permit in eTRAKiT https://crw.cityofoceanside.com/etrakit3/
• After the fee is paid email the reviewer to let them know the fee has been paid.
• Once the email is received a planreview will be completed within 24 hours.

Your plans have been reviewed and are returned with corrections.
You can retrieve the plan by logging into E-TRAKiT and searching the attachments.
Please address the comments noted on the plan and submit a new complete set for a second review.
Upload the revised/corrected set into E-TRAKiT and send me an email notifying me of the upload.
Feel free to contact me with any questions you might have.
Do not include the plans as an attachment when you send me an email or you risk the email being filtered out and no correspondence being received regarding the re-submittal.
