The following items are required for permit issuance:
• A completed Waste Management Form
• A Right-of-Way permit issued by the Engineering Division
When these items are received, you can continue the permit issuance process by visiting the Development Services Counter located at City Hall South (300 N. Coast Hwy) between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday through Thursday, and 8:00am and 3:00pm on Friday. Please check in at the front kiosk and provide your Permit Number listed on the Subject Line of this email.
