Hello,
The plan reviewer has picked the fire hydrants for 4933 N River Rd. Please print both the map and the fire flow report. You will need to fill out the fire flow report and submit it with the fire sprinkler plans.
The hydrant use is considered an Operational Permit and costs $219, which needs to be paid before the flow test can be scheduled.
Here is the link to pay online: TRAKiT Invoice Search Page (active.com). The invoice number must be entered exactly: CGO:001234 (For best results, copy and paste the invoice number and use Google Chrome.) The “person paying” will be the name on your credit card.
Please keep in mind that the Water Department and Fire Department do not conduct the hydrant flow test and are only present to witness the test. You must write down the results of the test, we will not provide any report or test results.
Once the fee has been paid, please call 760-435-4101 to schedule the inspection.
