Hello,
The fire UG lines plan for FIRE24-0175 has been approved by the Oceanside Fire Department. Attached are the documents.
Here is the link to pay online: https://payments.ci.oceanside.ca.us/posweb2/positemdetails.aspx?positemkey=364. The invoice number must be entered exactly: CGO:001529 (For best results, copy and paste the invoice number and use Google Chrome.) The “person paying” will be the name on your credit card.
The required inspections are:
• UG Pipe Inspection/Pre-thrust Block
• UG Hydro/Post-thrust Block
• UG Flush
• UG Final
Required documents due at time of final:
• Certification for Underground Piping
Please make sure you have the plans and the job card on site during construction and during the inspection. I will need the name of the company who will be installing the underground lines prior to inspection. You may call 760-435-4101 once you’re ready to schedule the inspection.

Multiple Inspections may be needed for the ug lines. Building permit fees will cover multiple inspections. Reinspections of the same portion of line will incur additional fees. |

I received your application and plan submittal for the UG lines at 4991 Macario Drive in Oceanside. Do you happen to have spec sheets on the DCDA, pipe and pipe fittings?
The documents have been processed and your permit number is: FIRE24-0175. Reference all documents with this permit number.
For all first submittals, there is a turnaround time of 10-15 business days. The expected due date of your review is 7/30/2024.
