According to GIS, the yellow highlighted area (see below) is considered 1722 S Coast Hwy, while the green area is 1715 S Freeman St. Based on my understanding, the scope of this project falls under the yellow highlighted area. Unless there’s an address assignment I’m unaware of, could you please confirm the correct project address? I received a fire protection plan that lists the project address of 1715 S Freeman St. If the correct address is 1722 S Coast Hwy, I will need to notify the contractor to update the plans accordingly. In addition, they wanted to designate their own addressing that didn’t meet 911 safety standards. I requested that they proceed with their building permits so we have something on record and then they can apply for a new address application for each tenant space as needed, this could have been done while we reviewed the Building permit. Although this was a very long time ago. I have not received an address application. I included Kimberly Watson in email. If a new address is required, perhaps we can have them do it prior to building permit final? Please advise.
