Hello,
The fire alarm plan for FIRE24-0139 has been approved by the Oceanside Fire Department. Attached are the approved plans, job card and invoice.
For the invoice, there will be two different fees for the 3rd and 4th plan submittal. Since the 3rd plan submittal was submitted in June, the fee will reflect FY2024-2025 fee schedule. The 4th submittal reflects the FY25-26 fee schedule. Our fees change July 1st. Here is the link to pay online: https://payments.ci.oceanside.ca.us/posweb2/positemdetails.aspx?positemkey=364. The invoice number must be entered exactly: CGO:001867 (For best results, copy and paste the invoice number and use Google Chrome.) The “person paying” will be the name on your credit card.

Required documents:
• Written Statement: Per NFPA 72 Section 7.5.2, before requesting final approval of the installation, the installing contractor shall furnish a written statement stating that the system has been installed in accordance with approved plans and tested in accordance with the manufacturer’s published instructions and the appropriate NFPA requirements and email to OFDfireprevention@oceansideca.org.
