Hello,
The fire UG lines plan for FIRE25-0198 has been approved by the Oceanside Fire Department. Attached are the approved plans, job card and invoice.
Here is the link to pay online: https://payments.ci.oceanside.ca.us/posweb2/positemdetails.aspx?positemkey=364. The invoice number must be entered exactly: CGO:001899 (For best results, copy and paste the invoice number and use Google Chrome.) The “person paying” will be the name on your credit card.
Required inspections:
• UG Pipe Inspection/Pre-thrust Block
• UG Hydro/Post-thrust Block
• UG Flush
• UG Final
Required documents:
• NFPA Certification for Underground Piping
Please make sure you have the approved plans and the job card on site during construction and during the inspection. You may call 760-435-4101 once you’re ready to schedule the inspection.

For all first submittals, there is a turnaround time of 15 business days. The expected due date of your review is 8/20/2025.
After a quick scan of the plans, it appears not all necessary plan items have been provided which will most likely result in the plans being returned for corrections by our reviewers. I suggest reviewing the guidelines for an underground plan submittal prior to the review due date to make any necessary changes to the plans.
