Hello,
The fire UG lines plan for FIRE25-0204 has been approved by the Oceanside Fire Department. Attached are the approved plans and job card.
Fees are covered under the building permit. Any additional plan reviews or inspections may incur fees.
Required inspections:
• UG Pipe Inspection/Pre-thrust Block
• UG Hydro/Post-thrust Block
• UG Flush
• UG Final
Required documents:
• Certification for Underground Piping
Please make sure you have the approved plans and the job card on site during construction and during the inspection. You may call 760-435-4101 once you’re ready to schedule the inspection.

Hello,
Thank you for your application and plan submittal for the ug lines located at 1111 S Coast Hwy in Oceanside. The documents have been processed and your permit number is: FIRE25-0204. Reference all documents with this permit number.
For all first submittals, there is a turnaround time of 15 business days. The expected due date of your review is 9/16/2025. The grading plans have been approved by Fire but they aren’t approved by the other departments so I’m not sure if this will hold up the review.
